  Ruba really took a deep dive into understanding our business, and this was evident in her final submission. She took time to understand the intricacies of our work, our community, and the challenges unique to our sector. Throughout the project, Ruba demonstrated strong research skills and a genuine curiosity to ensure her work was not only accurate but also meaningful to us.
She required very little oversight and worked independently, which made the process smooth and efficient on our end. From the beginning, Ruba showed that she could take initiative—asking clarifying questions up front, setting her own timelines, and following through without needing constant check-ins.
Her final deliverable was thoughtful, well-structured, and clearly reflected the effort she put into learning about our organization. The only feedback we would provide is that the document felt like it was missing a final summary to tie it all together. 
Overall, Ruba exceeded our expectations. She approached this project with professionalism, insight, and care, and we are confident the skills she demonstrated here will serve her well in any future endeavor.
